Hi all,
My question is: are there any free or reasonably priced places on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong that allows for uploading? Wi-fi is useless because I don%26#39;t have a laptop. Cybercafe kiosks are great to check e-mail, but do any allow for uploading?
I plan to post pictures to an online photo album to friends and family, and would need a terminal that allows uploading via a USB adapter. There seems to be plenty of such Internet facilities on the island, but I%26#39;m not interested in going to the island to do this--I would like to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui but would be open to Yau Ma Tei, as long as it%26#39;s in proximity to Nathan. Thanks!

Just go into one of the public libraries, they have free internet terminals and most of them have USB, check locations at

By the way, Hong Kong Island is only 1 subway stop from TST, but Yau Ma Tei is 2 subway stops from TST.

My understanding is that connection of your own drive to the public library PCs is prohibited officially, though often the supposedly locked door is open. Of course these public PCs don%26#39;t have card readers.
Okay, great, thanks. I would appreciate any other suggestions, as I notice that the libraries close by 9:00 PM, and I might need access as late as midnight.
