Borocay to Hong Kong-Question about flight timing

Hello everyone!

I am trying to figure out how much time to leave between my flight from Borocay to Manila and the flight from Manila to Hong Kong. I read that the airport transfer is about 45 minutes and that I%26#39;ll have to go through customs in Manila. Could I leave an hour and a half between flights?

Could for example, I take a flight that arrives in Manila from Borocay at 7:05 AM and arrive to a 10 Am flight in the other Manila airport?

let me get this straight, you arrive at manila from boracay at 7am. your flight to hong kong from manila is 10am.

that%26#39;s 3 hours apart, i think this is a safe allowance though an additional few hours of wait to be really really sure, wouldn%26#39;t hurt. god forbid, you%26#39;ll never know when something unexpected might occur like delayed flights.

Local flights in the Philippines are often delayed. Three hours should be sufficent time, but you never know what delays might take place. You will have to change airports in Manila (most likely) also - they are a too far away to walk, but you can catch a bus or just get a taxi.

In Manila, just to get into the terminal you need to show your itinerary or ticket at the door, then go through the WMD before even getting to check-in. Boracay has no airport, so assume you are leaving from Caticlan? (which is a short boat ride away) - you will have to be up early to get a 6am flight.
