direct flights from Xian- Bus from chengdu

Do you know if there are direct flights from Xian to Jiuzhaigou in May?

For bus trip from Chengdu, are there any stops with attractions along the way (Tibetan villages, etc.) that the tour bus might stop for a visit? And is the road condition safe?
