Limo transfer to Langham place

have prebooked a transfer for our arrival at HK airport through the hotel but have no idea where to go to meet it. Hotel website has no information and have emailed them but they havent replied. Can anyone help?

Very simple, leave customs via Gate B (its about 100m to the right of Gate A) the hotel counters will be in front of you.

they have a dedicated Langham desk.

E-mail them again. Paricularly, ask whether you should exit at Hall A or Hall B. Usually, the driver will be holding a board with your name waiting for you just outside custom and excise.

P.S. There are also Hotel Limousine Counters located in Arrival Hall A but the Hotel and Travel Agent Limousine Lounge is located nearer to Arrival Hall B.

Well, a driver standing with a board would be great but seeing as the hotel hasnt asked for flight details I cant see that happening. I have sent them in an email ( 2 so far) but as they havent replied I will have to go to the desk. Thanks anyway

We didn%26#39;t have someone with a board with our name on. We were told to report to something like area B-17. There are two of them. Once we%26#39;ve sorted out the right one and reported to the desk someone took us to the limousine and waved the driver over.

Each hotel may operate differently.

It%26#39;s quite probable, and that%26#39;s the point I was making, but each hotel should communicate its method of operation to the customers quickly and efficiently.

Why complicate matters for dorsettraveller39. I have used the LANGHAM PLACE limo service often. Post2 of this thread is accurate. There is no signs, simply go to the hotel desk in hall B.

I wouldnt worry about confirmation either, on one trip I was supposed to take a taxi directly to a meeting in Central, but my flight was late and I missed the meeting, so I decided to go to the hotel directly, no limo booking, just my hotel booking and within moments of arriving at the desk they were able to do what was needed and we (the porter takes care of the bags) were able to walk over to the limo and I was on my way, no hassle no fuss.
