Vegetarian restaurants...

I have some questions; firstly if anyone can recommend some good vegetarian restaurants I would be grateful.

Also are there good restaurants around the Wangfujing area that someone knows about.

And finally where are the best restaurants in respect to catering for English speakers and providing an English menu. In particular for Chinese food and around the Wangfujing area?

Thanks for your help.
