Luxury Serviced Residence...good location?

Hi,

We have booked 6 nights at the Luxury Serviced Residences and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a good location? It%26#39;s located at No. 17 Jianhua Nan Road, Chaoyang District.

I%26#39;m travelling with elderly parents and I%26#39;m hoping that there may be one or two places of interest that would be a short walk for them.

it is not bad bad,5 minutes walk to Silk Market.20 minutes walk to Wangfujing Street.

20 minutes to Wangfujing? Not so sure. In any case, just take taxis, they are very cheap so it is not worth the trouble. Unlike Shanghai I find that Beijing is not a good walking city.
